Deep House Cleaning

Each room is cleaned top to bottom. Light fixtures, fans, interior of closets, baseboards, bathrooms, windows-inside, vacuum, cabinets inside and out, sinks, mirrors, stove, refrigerator inside and out. Basements/garage are shop-vac. This is the condition realtors prefer before photos and showings; often referred to as “show-ready" or "move-in ready"

Organizing

Our resident expert, Melody McCabe is a professional organizer with over 20 years of experience. Following the sale of your home or business, Melody can take on all aspects of organizing for liquidation of posessions, as well as clean out and haul away any remaining items.

Photography

Robb Shaffer is our photographer and will provide professionally staged photos for the sale of your home. His experience allows him to provide photos that will entice a buyer to come see the real deal.
